These are the musical projects I have been involved or that I am currently involved as a drummer. All tracks composed by my bandmates and myself. All albums recorded and produced by myself, except 'ÀMAL EP' and 'The Great Abismo' (Family Time).
- Octoplatypus was a rock duo from Spain and Malaysia, based in London (circa 2017-2018). An instrumental duo that indulges in contemporary rock with a zany sound. The EP was composed, recorded and mixed by ourselves in South East London.
- Vaga-lume was an instrumental-dynamo-energetic-guitar-drums duo from Barcelona, based in London (2012-2017). Max played the guitar and I, Javi Carles, the drums. Both albums composed, recorded and produced by ourselves.
- ÀMAL, which means hope in Arabic, was developed at the Faculty of Biology in Barcelona and completed in early 2014. ÀMAL are four young people between 20 and 26 years old who, starting with a base of rock together with blues, reggae and funk, have dubbed their stlye as 'ALBOE' (A Little Bit Of Everything), singing in Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Merienda is a trio band which makes songs integrated with the essence of jazz fusion, R'n'B and neo-soul. Three creative musicians from Philipines, Poland and Spain who share their music interests studying at the University of East London

- Family Time was a Spanish-London based duo indulged in contemporary opera pop-rock. The band is composed by Oscar G. Guardans and Max Guardans, cousins by blood who have composed, recorded and mixed their own music. Max Feriche (bass guitar) and myself (drums) have played their compositions live. I have no rights to their music, but I did perform their music live for around ~2.5 years (2018-2020).

- The New Tenants (2020 ~ 2022) was a garage punk-rock band based in South East London. It started with Alex Font as its main brain, together with Júlia Zelig and Sergi Casals, and I joined just after Covid to help composing, recording and playing new songs. The band followed a punky and free spirit, aiming for artistic and genuine experiences rather than high quality content. It was directly connected with Kocido Studio, an interdisciplinary creative space for gigs, exhibitions and raves.
